This site has no public forms. Call or email. No public child roster. No date of birth.
R5 Play is the public face of youth sport in a city. Public pages never show children’s names. They use Player 07 and similar.
Contact is a phone number and an email. If you write, send only what you need — a name and a city is enough. Do not send a date of birth.
We do not collect a date of birth, school, address, or photo on this site. We do not take payment here.
